I'm an experienced Board Member in Africa’s real estate, hospitality, financial services and telecoms sectors. Born in Mauritius, I'm passionate about the economic opportunities that Africa presents.

Thashni is a director at Turner & Townsend – a global professional services firm operating in the real estate, infrastructure, and natural resources sectors. She is a member of the Turner & Townsend’s South African Board and Statutory Board. She has engaged and advised global clients such as; Anglo American including De Beers, Rio Tinto, Ivan Plats and Royal Bafokeng to name a few.

Jason joined McCormick Property Development (MPD) in 2002. At the time, the family-owned business employed less than ten people and owned minority stakes in six small rural shopping centres.

Nearly two decades since Jason joined the team, MPD has now developed 69 assets and employs almost 100 people in the niche market of rural and township retail. Jason was appointed MD of MPD in 2011 and was personally responsible for 29 of those developments, totalling over half a million square metres in GLA.

Penny Chenery has practiced as a real estate professional for over 17 years and focuses on providing advice to property developers, corporate clients and individuals on all aspects relating to real estate matters and developments, including implementation strategies relating to the acquisition and disposition of real estate.

After a number of years abroad working in the hospitality industry, Alan returned to SA to join a friend and founder of Fournews Developments to establish and develop the franchise division of newly formed restaurant group.

Mo has extensive experience(Over 25 years) in franchising, banking, property and retail. Mo has worked in a vast number of sectors in multiple markets across the world including Asia, Middle East and African markets.
