Sheshni Samuel, EMEIA Managing Partner - Talent, EY

Sheshni Samuel is the EMEIA Managing Partner – Talent. Her focus is to deliver on their promise to their people, that the exceptional EY experience lasts a lifetime. Sheshni works to prepare and empower people in the new world of work, supporting and developing an organisational culture that promotes EY's vision and strategic ambitions. EY work hard to create an inclusive and diverse learning organisation that enables and supports the highest performing teams.

Sheshni joined EY in 2005 from IBM, with earlier roles at Unilever and PWC. Her background is in technology consulting, and as an SAP Implementation Assurance partner with EY, she advised companies on managing overall IT implementation risks, business risks, and developing risk and control frameworks for post implementation environments. Sheshni’s clients were in retail and FMCG, media, banking, mining and the public sector and she has advised on how to manage large programs including capital and infrastructure, IT implementation and business transformation.

In 2010 , Sheshni left EY to develop the HR organization structure/deliver HR strategic projects for the Nedbank Group Technology division before re-joining EY as Africa Talent Leader, where she reinforced their position as the best employer across Africa, attracting and developing the best talent to build future leaders and deliver exceptional service to their clients.
