Ben Woodhams, Partner, Africa Desk, Knight Frank

Ben has over 25 years of real estate consultancy expertise and has worked for Knight Frank in Africa since 1999.  During this time, he has built an extensive network and database of investors, as well as a deep understanding of the real estate markets across the continent.

He is now based in London and runs the Africa Desk in Knight Frank’s headquarters where he acts as a liaison between the company’s 22 offices on the continent and the global service lines in the UK, Europe and beyond.  This role encompasses sourcing investment opportunities for the business’ African clients, overseeing the African Capital Markets activity, and advising clients on their African investments and real estate activities.

He holds a Bachelors of Science degree from Oxford Brookes University, and has been a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors since 1996.
