Lesley Reddy, Head of Southern Africa Advisory, CrossBoundary

Lesley Reddy is a Principal and Head of CrossBoundary’s Southern Africa Advisory team. Ms. Reddy is based in Johannesburg where she leads the execution of regional advisory mandates including capital raises, transaction structuring, fund advisory, and due diligence. Prior to joining CrossBoundary, Ms. Reddy was as a Relationship Banker at HSBC where she managed the investment and commercial banking relationships for a portfolio of JSE-listed clients in the oil & gas, mining & metals, and other sectors. Ms. Reddy originally joined HSBC as a Credit Analyst following her role as a Country Risk Analyst at Standard Bank. Ms. Reddy is a CFA Charterholder and received a Bachelor of Business Science from the University of Cape Town.
