Laura Blanco leads the global ESG strategy at Xcalibur Smart Mapping and is also the Programme Director of Xcalibur Foundation. Her purpose is to contribute to make the world a fairer place and is passionate about helping organisations act responsibly and sustainably. Laura has over 10 years of working experience in diverse areas including Marketing, International Cooperation, Humanitarian Work, Education and Coaching, and has academic background in Marketing, Sustainability, Positive Psychology, NLP, Emotional Intelligence, and Coaching. Laura is proficient in 5 languages (Spanish, English, Mandarin Chinese, Portuguese, and French) and considers herself a world traveller.
