Vivian Nwakah is the founder of Medsaf, a tech-enabled medication supply chain management solution for hospitals and pharmacies.

This first generation Nigerian grew up in Chicago where she started a chain of home health care agencies that expanded across the Midwest. She traveled the world for several years before entering the Global Partners MBA Program.

During her time in the program she studied Business at IAE de Sorbonne in Paris, France, Federal University of Rio de Janeiro in Rio de Janeiro Brazil, and J. Mack Robinson school of Business at Georgia State in Atlanta Georgia before settling in Nigeria full time.

Her first venture in Nigeria was a renewable energy company, focused on hybrid diesel solar installations. However, she returned to the healthcare field after witnessing the widespread issue of fake medication in Nigeria firsthand. She started Medsaf to reduce preventable death and streamline the pharmaceutical industry.
