Energy & Infrastructure attorney Paul Bugingo has more than 22 years experience advising on projects across Africa. He has advised Governments, Utilities, Regulators, multilaterals and private companies in relation to projects in Kenya, Uganda, South Sudan, Rwanda, Somaliland, Djibouti, Nigeria, Ghana, South Africa, Botswana, Lesotho and Swaziland.

Mr. Bugingo’s experience covers a variety of industries and sectors, including oil and gas, electricity, mining and natural resources, airports, ports, water and wastewater and hotels and leisure.

His expertise includes advising on project development, regulation, restructuring and privatizations, joint ventures, acquisitions and disposals.

He has a Law Degree from the University of Reading in the UK and qualified as a Solicitor in 1995.
