Nikhil is a dual-qualified corporate partner at Addleshaw Goddard LLP and advises clients on international deals with a particular focus on equity investment into Africa and the emerging markets. His sector focus includes the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors where he advises a diverse range of clients including, DFIs and other Impact Investors, CROs/CDMOs, and large scale pharmacy businesses on international M&A/co-investment mandates.

Nikhil's M&A matters usually involve the development of healthcare/pharmaceutical infrastructure, including the acquisition and disposal of contract manufacturing sites, acquisition of clinical research capabilities and impact investment to secure medical supply chains. He is a key member of both the firm's Africa and India business groups and is a regular contributor to the firm's Global Healthcare sector focus group.
