Mary Boakye, one of the UK's leading authorities on Africa, provides business advisory, strategy planning and legal services to a wide variety of clients including corporates, investment funds, financial institutions and governments in Africa, Europe, Asia and the United States.
She has extensive experience in international finance and corporate matters including M&A and private equity, with particular knowledge of capital markets transactions in Africa, and co-led the team that advised the Republic of Ghana on its 2007, 2013 and 2014 sovereign bond issues.
