George Meadows, Marketing & Events Associate, Invest Africa

George joined Invest Africa in September 2022 as Marketing & Events Associate. George originally began his time at Invest Africa based in Cape Town, but he has since joined up with the London office as of February 2023. Prior to this role, George spent 7 months in Birmingham working in logistics for the 2022 Commonwealth Games.

George is responsible for assisting in the marketing for IA and IA events, as well as supporting the delivery and organisation of our events.

George has a Bachelor of Arts in History, Environmental Sciences and Journalism, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Management Studies, Specialising in Sport from the University of Cape Town, South Africa.
