Funmilayo Otsemobor is a partner in ALN Nigeria | Aluko & Oyebode’s Banking & Finance Team, with over 15 years of experience in banking and regulatory advisory, startup and fintech advisory, oil and gas financing, energy and natural resources, corporate and project finance, structured trade finance, foreign investment advisory services, power, project/infrastructure, and compliance. She provides advisory services to Nigerian and multinational clients on both local and cross-border financing deals across multiple sectors, including syndicated lending in local and foreign currencies, structured finance, project finance, acquisition finance, mergers and acquisitions, foreign investment advisory services, due diligence, oil and gas, and privatisation, among others.
