Fred Kabanda, Manager: Extractives, African Development Bank

Fred Kabanda is the Manager, Extractives at the African Natural Resources Management and Investment Centre of the African Development Bank where he oversees the work streams in oil, gas and mineral sectors. He currently represents the Bank at boards of several institutions.

He has worked for over 30 years in policy setting, regulation and management of extractive sectors. He also taught at University for close to a decade. He is a trained Geologist and Engineer with membership affiliation to several professional bodies.
