Dominic Rebelo is a Partner at ALN Kenya, Anjarwalla & Khanna (A&K) at the Corporate department and co-heads the firm’s Competition Group. He has wide-ranging experience in corporate, mergers and acquisitions, competition and capital markets matters. Prior to joining Anjarwalla & Khanna, Dominic was a Partner at Daly & Figgis Advocates.

Dominic has advised domestic, regional and international private and publicly listed companies on a variety of commercial transactions, including share & asset acquisitions, privatisations, competition, fintech, and public listings and cross listings. He has also assisted a variety of foreign investors in setting up operations in Kenya.
