Birju Sanghrajka, Head of Client Coverage CCIB, Kenya & East Africa, Standard Chartered Bank

Birju has over 23 years of corporate banking experience, having started as a Graduate Trainee at Standard Chartered Bank, Kenya. His career has seen him work in corporate banking, corporate finance and transaction banking, across Kenya, the United Kingdom, South Africa and the United Arab Emirates. Birju’s last role prior to this appointment was the Head of Trade for Africa & Middle East in Transaction Banking, based in the United Arab Emirates.

Birju is also a member of the Board of Standard Chartered Bank , Kenya in July 2021.
