In the context of the upcoming Nigerian election, Invest Africa and Jeune Afrique’s The Africa Report magazine hosted H.E. Hon Yemi Osinbajo, Vice President of Nigeria, to offer his insights on the year ahead. The discussion was moderated by Patrick Smith, Editor-in-Chief of The Africa Report and covered a wide range of economic, social and political opportunities and challenges facing Nigeria in 2019. With the election fast approaching, the Vice President highlighted the government’s new social investment program, reforms in healthcare and education provision, as well as the need to engage with the private sector to deliver transformative growth.
